How To Delete A Swagbucks Account

There comes a point in time when all great things come to a end. You are probably reading this article because you have come to the end of the line with Swagbucks. Hopefully you have made enough money on the site to hold yourself over for a while. Another reason could be that you have done all the surveys offered, and just don't want to wait for more. Either way, unlike some phone contracts, leases, and other agreements, with Swagbucks, you can back-out at any time. Here I am going to let you know how to delete your Swagbucks Account.

Deactivating Your Account

In order to deactivate your account, you are going to want to make sure that you have cashed out, and have no money left in your account. It would be a tragedy to cancel your account with money left over. So you are going to want to make sure you get all that out before deleting the account.

Once you are at a zero balance, it's time to say farewell to Swagbucks. Canceling your account is quite easy, and only takes a few steps.

1. Visit the My Settings Page and log-in. They may ask you to re-enter your password if you are already logged in.

2. Click on the Account Details Page. For some, this may already pop up, if it does, you're set.

3. Scroll down and select the "Cancel My Account" link at the bottom of the page. You also are going to want to opt out of notifications, therefore you won't keep receiving emails from Swagbucks.

Now What?

Well, now that you are no longer a member of Swagbucks, it's time to start looking for other sites. Some great ones that we recommend are MySurvey, Pinecone Research, and Ipsos i-Say. These are great sites that are similar to Swagbucks when it comes to ways to earn and pay-out options.

in addition to those three, check out our Top 20 Paid Online Surveys, and see which sites are the best to earn money on. If you want even more ways to earn, our blog is a great resource for information on that subject. There you will find dozens of unique money making websites that you can join to start earning a secondary/passive income.
